Return Process

We will accept your return request only 14 days from the date of your purchase. Please go to to request your return.

The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt). 

Under the aforementioned terms, you can return an item by filling in the request form.

We reserve the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.

Sale Items

If you want to return sale items then you can do it but in this case, you will receive a gift card equaling your product’s sale price which you can later use on the brand’s site.

Returns by Courier or Post

Please follow this link to complete a return request form. Once your request is approved, please return the item by sending through by courier or post.

The parcel should contain:
  • The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.
  • Your original delivery note with the returns request fully completed, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.
  • You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch. 

We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting. Please allow at least three days for your goods to reach us and up to 5 days to process refund.

 We shall refund items returned to us within 14 calendar days of us receiving the goods.
